As if he had completely expected it, Travis broke out into a wide grin, catching the pipe in his palm seconds before it reached his head. He moved abnormally fast and enjoyed destroying the hopes of the young boy.
"Alas, my son, you forgot the agreement. This was not, nor will ever be, an option..." He spoke, pushed the pipe down and shoving his fist into Vance's gut, to drive him backward.
"You should have accepted my offer... You would not have to fight me... I would heal you... And Nori would love you truly... The way he does for Thulani... He did, after all, leave you... To come down here and rescue him...!" Between each pause, Travis threw another punch into Vance's gut.
It probably hurt like hell.
"And you know what else, my boy? It's all your fault." Travis hissed.
