Background: It was late winter when everything was just turning over to spring. During that time Lark was born in the city's main hospital. She was named lark because of her parents interest (music) and love. Her Father was a famous pianist and loved music deeply. Often he would play for Lark. He even wrote a song for her at the age of two. Also, Lark's Mother was a young singer but worked as a music teacher. Her mother would often sing during the day. That brought Lark to love music. At five years old a tragedy happened to her father. It was during a huge concert that a gunman came in and held up a gun. The man shot Lark's father in the heart. It was the worst day of her life. Blood was all around her. The family was in tears. Lark began to think music may be bad but couldn't help it.

Not long after did her life tear even more apart and the two remains of the family have to move. With that they sold most fo their things. Everyday her Mom would cry at the sound of a piano because it reminded her of Lark's father. Their lives went continued in a small house because the government demanded money and other things. Still Lark loved singing but didn't do it as much. When Lark was 12 years old her Mother was hit by a drunk driver during grocery shopping. Her Mother had been hit by chance but Lark blames herself. After all she had been pushed away from the spot by her Mother. Her Mother's body was injured horribly and had been flung on top of Lark. So badly there was blood everywhere, including all over Lark. This caused the trigger of fear.

At the funeral she could have gone with anyone, including a rich aunt but couldn't. It didn't feel right to do so. So she was sent to an orphanage. Her aunt sends a large sum of money every month to fill Lark's needs. She tries not to spend it.

Other: She still loves music but doesn't sing often. It hurts her inside to much. Though she is a beautiful singer. The people at the orphanage call her "Heavens Sound"
