My SAD is acting up, my grandpa's death anniversery was the 16th and we're studying grief in psych...oooh that's so tough...
I've come out of that class 3 time just crying ridiculously. I haven't even seen my shrink in 3 weeks (generally see her weekly). Ooooh I'm just so depressed and I want to gripe about it soooo much...but I'm not, it's not my thing. I've been trying to do homework and stuff and I've been getting stuff in..but the night I was doing my english paper (night before it's due) I had a huge breakdown and that's gonna hurt my grade a butt-load..
I"m sorry if I"m more..uh..-looks at psych notes- irritable, needy, pessamistic or obnoxiously optimistic lately! ^^
