I found these poems about the Twilight characters and by that I mean mostly Bella & Edward heart . I think they are pretty good. Here they are. this is the first one.

Edward's version of how he sees Bella

To see you there,
With blood so sweet,
Standing, still and straight.
Watching me, hopeful.

You want me to change you,
But that's nearly impossible.
Because if I taste your blood,
I'll just suck you up, dry.

I don't understand you,
I'll be with you forever.
And when you become old and die,
I'll try to be quick, and stay with you.

I don't understand why you have to change,
Just to be one of me,
And stay with me forever,
Just me.

But can't you see?
How important you are in my eyes?
How I gave up my desires,
My thirsts for your blood,
Just to be with you.

With you forever, day and night.
To watch you, talking in your sleep,
And me, watching you, wishing I could sleep,
So I could dream about you.

I want you to know,
I want you to see,
No matter how old you are,
I will love you,
Forever, and always.
