I think Claire said it best when she said, "You and me, we're the substitute people" "impossible to forget, hard to remember," that's me, another substitute person. My friends(at school) only pay attention to me when their other(better/closer) friends aren't around. When it's just us we're the best of friends, but the moment there's someone else to talk to they're gone. I'm sick of being a substitute person, so I'm waging war on the concept of substitute people. No one should have to be a substitute friend.
