Well sleep was held back last night, since I wasn't tired. I happened to be up, when my mom woke up, so yeah. I wentto try and go to sleep around 11, but then my mom asked me to wash the dishes in the sink. Yeah anyways, after that I went to sleep at around 11:30. I get to sleep when I want and it doesn't matter too much.
Until...
I was woken up around 4:30. My mom yelled at me "Your dad's here, wake up, don't let him in." in a loud whisper. I'm still half tired. About 2 minutes later, at the door. *BANG BANG BANG.* My dad's knocking at the door rather forcefully, really it's actually more of a pounding. Then at the window, another set of pounding. He was probably irritated that the door didn't open nor did anyone say anything.
He has the ******** nerve to bang on the window of my room. I just sit back and listen. Then again at the front door, the pounding proceeds again.
I grab my brothers baseball bat that's near my bed (he let me borrow it because he has another in his room) and then I walk out into the living room. The inside of the house rather dark, all the drapes on every window has been closed and or sealed. I guess he gets tired of pounding on the front door, so he goes to the side of the house, and then into the backyard. He tested to see if the back door was casually unlocked, but to no avail it's locked.
Since he has the ability to walk around the backyard he goes to check my moms room window. The drapes closed he can't see inside, although there's a little peeping loose blind in which my mom and I can see through and he was in fact trying to see if she was in her room.
Failed in his attempt of pounding on doors, windows, and checking (spying) my moms room window. He goes back to the side of the house. He finds his way into the garage, with the precariously battered door on the side. He happened to break the latch, and pop the bottom of the door out to unlock the lower twisting padlock thingy. He's inside the garage, at this time my mom calls 911. Me and my mom rushes through the house into my room, and then the living room.
At this time my mom asks me to see the back door, she opens the front door and walks out. I see my dad just opening the garage door, hidden from view I still have my brothers baseball bat at hand, my dad sees me and greets with a "Hi."
My mom then yells in "Get out!", so I casually place the baseball bat at the cat post, and walk out. At this moment, two police cars show up, and another police car patrolling the street.
Now time for my mom talking to one of the officers, and my dad talking to the other. I'm sitting in my mom's room holding the dog. After about 10 minutes, my mom shows the officer how my dad got in and to look at what he did to the side door. (The latch and all that.)
The door is really kinda old and tattered. The bottom rectangular panel feasibly half falling in, but has a wire on it and screwed into the door so it won't fall, and it's placed in it's spot on the door. The latch half way snapped off and bent.
Yeah anyways, after that's settled, the cops talk it out with my mom and dad. My mom is in fact gonna get a restraining order. My dad isn't allowed to stop by anymore. Yadda. Anyways if he did happen to start anything tonight we just call a number, and he'd be locked up.
After the dust settles, my dad out of site, the police gone, and my mom in her room finishing her CSI season dvd. Five minutes later. *Ring ring ring* the phone, you guessed it, it was my father. We let the answering machine get the call.
"Yeah, um, I need a roll of toilet paper, I'm down to an either of a roll left, my car has an 1/8th of gas left, and I have 2 cents in my pocket. Can you spare me some money, preferably 10 bucks."
After the s**t that he did today, let alone what he did on and off for the past few months. Hell no, he aint getting s**t.
Besides the way he asks... or demands money from my mom. "Can I get so and so much money, I'll pay you back. It's your fault I'm broke, it's your fault I'm in debt, it's your fault my friend isn't giving me money for his stay at my pad" Well it's not entirely like that, but he is putting my mom at blame for practically everything.
So anyways after an hour, he calls again. Answering machine "I'm about 5 minutes away, I need laundry detergent for two loads of clothes, and a roll of toilet paper, can you also slip in ten bucks. I'd appriciate it."
So my mom being nice, since that's what she's like. Tells me to get a water bottle out of her room garbage, and to fill it up with some laundry detergent, grabbed 2 rolls of toilet paper, without the money in it and a few sheets of Bounce fabric softener. Placed it in a plastic bag. And so I sit outside, for a minute or two with the bag of goodies. He shows up, I walk to the street and hand him the bag of things since my mom doesn't wanting him to get out of the car. He then says that "we spent $200 for food yesterday, and forgot laundry detergent" (We as in him and his friend ricky, the friend that stays at his house night and day.) Not even a thank you. and he takes off.
WTF... wait a moment, he has money, just not how much he wants.
Well 5 minutes goes on by. Another phonecall. "I'm to my last 35 miles of gas, and you didn't give me the money."
At this time I was in my moms room, with my mom watching Meet the Fockers. But since I heard the phone I decided to listen. Anyways my mom gave me a twenty dollar bill, in case he stops by again. So I'm watching the movie, and every 10 minutes I go check out the front window. Well he didn't show up.
<edit> Well a few days ago, my dad called. Figures. Anyways since He wanted to talk to my mom for trying to get money, and she always says no, I told him that she doesn't want to talk. He then yells at me, I yell back telling him to shut up. He then threatens "I'll make your life miserable."</edit
