Lol. He's a mad criminal. He takes his victims and controls them with his hands as puppets and they dun realize it. Mostly he flirts then traps whomever he's flirting with inside of one of his puppets that he makes by hand. Forever. Besides this, he has comitted a number of other crimes.
Whoot! Sounds like a horror movie to me. xd
