No, not the abortion pill. You know, its name is RU36. Fun fact!
So, you hate getting bitched at about how you look, right? You dress how you want to, and don't listen to s**t from other people, right?
Yeah, I got two ******** lectures about how I should 'take care of myself' in means of looks.
In a group of, at least, 75 girls.
Who are going through their teenager years, and are having self-confidence issues already.
So, why are we getting bitched at about our appearance?
This was my FIRST Rainbow U. And I ******** HATED it.
One, it was freezing cold. Then again, I was wearing a knee length skirt.
Secondly, it was LONG, and, the night before, I only got... 6 hours of sleep. I was NOT ready to wake up at 7 am. Especially after being awake for 1 1/2 hours.
I wouldn't have minded if it was just explaining the organization's dress code.
Let me explain..
Part One - Before Lunch:
-We went over this stupid 'fair fight' procedure that I found really pointless. Uhh, we know how to solve our own conflicts.
-Then, we get into this 'How to Dress' thing. A slideshow pops up, and tells us about our different body types, and what's 'appropriate' to wear, tossing our comfort aside. For example, I like wearing boot-cut jeans. They're comfortable. However, i'm getting told I should wear straight legs, just to look more attractive. This is SAD. What the ******** is our generation coming to? Why didn't I leave?
Then we broke for lunch.
I don't really think the second part matters, besides the fact that it was about hair.
OH. AND THE MOVIE.
'Is Rainbow a cult?'
What. The. ********.
You. Do. Not. Want. To. Say. That. To. The. General. Public.
*sigh*
