For the un-l337 among you, ratemyprofessors.com is the best website on the internet. It lists just about every college in the country, as well as all of their professors. You can find the people who will be teaching your classes and see what other people think of them, or you can rate people you've already had.

So the other day (just before fall quarter began) I clicked onto it and looked up my profs. Overall, they're awesome... but my history teacher was teh suck, so I dropped him. It also said that my english prof is a real b***h when it comes to being a little bit late. Both very, very good things to know.

First day of the quarter rolled around. I had the pleasure (?) of taking the bus to school. And, of course, said bus was late. I strolled into my English class after Ms. I'll-chomp-off-your-head-if-you're-late had begun explaining the syllabus. I whipped out a "sorry I'm late, the bus was behind" before her face had fully begun to turn red, and now I'm on the A-list in that class. w00t.
