i broke down and had an episode right when i woke up from a nap i had.

	I woke up at like four then couldn't get back to sleep. Then I went to sleep and the house phone went off at like 9 and that made me upset and I blame Ian for that. Then I turned the ringer off, like I always have it but Ian changed it while I was gone...
