I'm confused on when my eating schedule is supposed to be..
Bryan says this is what I should do.
7:30-breakfast
10:00-snack
1:00-lunch
4:00-snack
7:30-dinner
Doesn't really make sense to me because I go to work at 1 and leave at 9. I eat three times (practically) while I'm there? Doesn't make sense.... I'm trying to schedule meals to help maintain my weight. I know it sounds dumb... but honestly. I know if I schedule it, I won't be prone to losing track of what I ate... Like with snacking constantly and s**t. I dunno. I'm going to try to keep a food diary too. We'll see how that works hahaha.
