So this has been a whirlwind weekend so far. Yesterday after meeting his parents I started packing for a camping trip that Courtney, Amanda, Keith, Tyler, Jared (Tyler's brother) and David Cox went on. It was TONS of fun!! We roasted marshmellows, made smores, and even went canoeing.
I have a funny story, I think it's funny at least. Okay so it's late, about one in the morning and I decide that I want to find out which of the three guys (since David had to go home) would come running to save us first. My guess was Tyler or Keith since they are respectively my boyfriend and one of my good friends.
So I tell Courtney, who is very afraid of spiders btw that there is one right next to her. She obviously screams and we watch and no one comes! Grrr, stupid boys. We try this several times while going over the "what if"s like what if there were an ax murderer. And then we hear a noise outside and are just scary ourselves silly.
But to shorten up this incredibly long story Amanda had to leave the tent to go get one of the guys to check it out for us. And Jared was the one to wake up go figure! Oh and Tyler's parents and grandparents weren't that bad. There were some Clemson jokes, but that's to be expected from a USC family. Generally we all got on rather well. I was a little shy though. (I was nervous!!)
Hopefully they like me. And oh Mimmy at least 3 people that I know of have disliked me at some point in time so there! xp
