Scary though

A color that rings chimes
inside our heads
Peace and creativity
Making us think about the Nativity
Scenes we place outside on Christmas
Purple robes of the Wise Men
Between Blue and red

Yellow
A color that's hardly mellow
The color of the Golden Arches
That one that parches
Us.
It is a color of energy and happiness
and though it may seem unique
look around any sunkissed creek
And look up.
The sky will enthrall you if you love

There once was a man from Tartori
Who had a daughter named Rory.
Rory was a beautiful girl
Who had hair with many a curl
She hated the world
And all its inhabitants
"May they suffer forever and ever"
All because
There was a girl
Who had hair with many a curl
That was emo.
Who is that girl?
That girl is Rory.

A Hidden Poem:
Death
The word rings fear into our hearts
But what is it?
Is it the end?
Or a new beginning
Is there something waiting for us?
Or is it just blankness, white like this poem.
I and many others believe in the first,
Though to some, the first is worst.
As it nears judgement time,
Those who commited a crime
Will pay the time
for eternity.
God opens the trapdoor leading to Hell
and rings a bell,
Signifying another unfortunate soul being tossed,
tossed down to a burning pit for all eternity.

The key to battle is manipulation
A word that many in our nation
Cannot define.
Manipulation is the key
To winning battles,
Day after day,
And it will pay
to be a dictionary
In an ignorant world,
A subliminal key.

It's what we think we are
To other creatures and other races
We are too animals,
We are no better or more important than a flea
No less grand than an eagle.
We are all equal
All creatures that see the same sun
That feel the same warmth
That feel the same dark chill of night
