I was thinking about something today.
I live in Michigan.
I've never lived out of state, never really been anywhere but Chicago, and both times, it was to see something. I didn't go out and do anything.
It might as well have been in Michigan.
I am a senior in High School.
I am applying for early admission this fall to Tulane University.
It is in New Orleans.
All my friends don't really want me to go.
Oh, they want me to have the opportunities and such.
They just don't want me to leave them.
They get mad when someone leaves.
But, they can go somewhere far away.
I just thought that was very selfish.
They freak out when I want to go somewhere, but they can leave.
I came to the conclusion that there really isn't that much good in people.
I know it was obvious, but I still harbored the hope that people were good on some level.
Obviously, this isn't true.

So.
An ending message:

People suck.
You want nothing but things for yourselves.
You are selfish pigs willing to give up dreams and aspirations for money and gain.
