Shans came from a generally wealthy family. Sickened by the constant bicker about money and poise she left. Wanting an adventure, something more with her life. Only getting about a few steps away from security she was attacked. This only unleashed what she merely felt. The truth that was locked away by her ever impatient life style. She unleashed a rapid poisen that filled the air, her attackers were left gasping. With this new found power she intented to harness it.

Now starting a life in the underground fight clubs she learned more about this "poisen", like for instance, it could be excreited through pores in her skin, making her untouchable in battle for fear of inhaling its chemical toxins. Also she was immune to any chemical reactions or poisen related issues.

After awhile some ruffians got a hold of her secret and tried to use her to motivate the Government in their favor. Protected by gas masks and special equipment she was helpless. Only managing to escape by chance. Soon she sought out a new life. A place where she didn't have to fight to prove herself, a place where she didn't have to be strong in order to live.

She grabbed the nearest map and picked a location. Svenhaven. North of her current location. All she had to do was cross a couple forests to get there.
