The days slowly creep by
as if there is no end
I wait and wait and wait
but fate makes no claim.
Each hour that passes
means nothing
Although the walls are closing in
It never seems to crush me
I'm tired of all this waiting
and watching the sands drown
It never drowns me
though I wait and wait and wait.
