There is a new character in Cute in the person of Skye, an eligible bachelor. He has no fixed abode in the Valley and can be found regularly only after 10.00 p.m. in good weather as he wanders the paths of the Valley planning future burglaries. In most cases, you must meet an individual previously before you can experience any events involving that character, but Skye is the exception to this rule, as he is to most rules. You will meet Skye for the first time in his First Heart Event. Walk up the stairway towards Romana's Villa on any fine night between 10.00 p.m. and 11.50 p.m. to experience the event. As Lumina is involved, you must have met her previously or the event will not occur. After you have experienced Skye's 1st Heart Event, you always can meet him at the entrance to the Valley at 10.20 p.m. in fine weather. After that, he usually crosses the bridge to the west, then walks north along the western shore of the river to the waterfall and from there to the Goddess Spring where he stands through the remainder of the night. His dialogue will vary from screen to screen but only changes according to heart level on the screen containing the Goddess Spring and Waterfall.
