1:16 PM Day...what...2 I guess, of no computer. Lemme tell you, it sucks to feel so powerless.
No headway has been made on the thing. It LOOKS like my drives are safe and sound, but my computer isn't able to detect them. Tried to use the repair/install disk and it shows there is no C: drive anymore (or Operating System either!)
The IT tells me that my stuff should be fine on the drives. It just can't find them or connect to them properly. Uuuggghhhh...
*rolls around on the ground* No computeerrrrrrrr... All my pics, all my school projects, all my videos, even my games are all on those 2 harddrives. It doesn't look like there currently is a way to access the info though... ARGH!!! Sucksucksucksucksucksucksucksuck...... ~_~ wahmbulance
Update: Since the IT has left, I've got some news.
Nope, it's not fixed. He couldn't make ANY headway on it mad ugh... But, tomorrow we're taking it to another place: GIM Electronics...I think that's the name. Bought stuff from them. We'll have them look at my machine and fix it; he said they're more used to Vista than himself (great; big help he was sweatdrop ) so it will hopefully get fixed there. Oi~ I don't wanna lose my stuff, I REALLY hope my hard drives aren't bad (in which case I've lost everything anyway).
