for me,eating healthy has never been part of my to-do list.
but i realized that eating right to lose weight isnt juss a temporary thing until you reach yuor goal,its a lifestyle that u need to follow.
ok,back to tacos,our family had the best tacos last night,abd they were healthy and really good!!!!!
instead of beef*shudders*that is high in fat,we used ground turkey that still tastes great!
also we switched regular cheese with low fat cheese and tada!we have the awesomest tacos ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! blaugh
