here it is! my first entry...and I have nothing at all profound to say. hmmm. let's try somthing completely impromptu...
a cold calm
suffuses my being,
that familiar leaden serenity.
but the world encrouches with drilling voices,
and I must move on.
well, kinda crap, but all the same, I haven't written a poem in ages!
