	yes, i is most definitedly learning! you just multiply the square root of 35 by the square root of 60 and then multiply that by 293 because that's probably about his weight in pounds, and then you multiply it by 14 because that's probably his iq, and then you add, let's say, 800 because he's made at least that many gramatical errors in public, and then you divide that whole thing by 30,000 because that's probably about how many pissed off soldiers he's sent to iraq. so bush actually has about a 6.292575167% chance of winning the elction. like, maybe if everyone else dies of the plague or something.
