history:her mother was a human her "day job" was being a ninja. she learned everything there was to know about being a ninja and always used it for good, she was kind hearted and loved her family VERY much. her father was a wind demon who had always been more intrested in learning magic and and craved power! he taught roukan at the age of 3 to shapeshift into a wolf and how to use her wind abilities, but because he became so power obsessed he sacraficed her mother and younger brother in order to become stronger. but his plan backfired and they all died and she has been on her own since she was 13, thats when she found out about the martial arts and has ever since been learning every fighting style there is, at the age of 23 she she slowly stopped growing older. she is now 103 years old but looks like she is 23.
powers: can control wind into a sheild that can protect her from rain, fire and pretty much anything that is thrown at her, can manipulate fire due to the fact that fire needs air in order to keep burning. can also use turn wind into sharp blades(like the wind bending in the show avitar) which are hard to see.can bend the wind so she can run really fast, she has a mixed fighting style made up of a bunch of fighting styls, she calls in the dog fighting style (mainly fought on all fours) can sense ppl emotions and tell when something bad is going to happen.
wepon: what ever she can find . . . rarely uses her invisable blades (wind power to make sharp cuts on a person) some times bites if held in a graple with some else
persona: half bipolar, VERY smart and always plans ahead, pretends to be stupid and ditzy, but is really just trying to throw ppl off, is always rash in some actions, but very caring and enjoys messing with the bad guys XD
weakness: stupid ppl, what could b in the darkness, spiders, falling, and perfected martal arts styles
likes: candy or anything with sugar, being a smart a** to the badguys, shiny things, things that glow in the dark, and life its self.

history: was born 200 years ago, his parents were normal humans who died in old age, when he was 23, he was hit by a bus when he tryed to cross the road, and at last second sold his soul to live longer, unfortunaly the devil tricked him by giving him a cursed eye that when it makes eye contact with someone, they have a heart attack. most of the time they die unless he looks away from target person. another downside to his eye is that it came from another demon, so he has a second personality that sometimes takes over.
