Dear Journal,
Wow! What a week. eek I've been so busy! Here it is, already Monday again; but because of Memorial Day, I get off at work. biggrin Anyway, the week was normal, class, class, and more class, and this weekend was fun! I'm staying with a friend I met in class named Whitney--we're planning on getting an apartment together! Woohoo! I might have a roommate! 4laugh
Anyway, later on today her and I are going to go shopping, because our class is having a Pot-luck dinner! I'm gunna make something I call, "Pancake in a Cup". I have no idea how it'll taste, so Whitney and I are going to experiment with our plates. I have no idea what my recipe will taste like, but I think it'll taste like a pancake because it calls for pancake mix. If it does taste like a pancake, then I'll add chocolate chips in the batter with whip cream and chocolate syrup on top. Umm, so good! whee
