Alright, so we were walking into the fastfood joint, and I looked over to see a small shop vac sitting on top of a car. Now this wouldn't of neccassarily been odd, however, the car had no rack on top, and the vac wasn't fastened down at all. So we got a laugh out of that......I need to go grab that.
