Walked through the mirror
touched my reflection
hated the face
looking back at me

She seemed to say
"Your drifting away"
ino a place
far, far away

The mirror won't smash It's already been broken
I can't hide my face From the world
I can't stand to fear you anymore

My mirror of me

Eyes sunk into her head
face with no smile
I knew this self loathing
would last for a while

Glanced around the room
smile was shrinking
as dread and doom
started into sinking

again, I am left to stare and wonder why
