Spring in flowing robes of life
Of gurgling, rushing streams
Of melting snow, no struggle or strife
Of brand new hopes and dreams
Summer in a garb of green
Of leaves dancing in the breeze
Of places that have not yet been seen
Of buzzing, busy bees
Autumn in a shawl of gold and red
Of gently falling leaves
Of chilly winds that blow hats from heads
Of longer and longer eves
Winter in a veil of white
Of unforgiving cold
Of harsh winds blowing through the night
Of hardships still untold
Spring with a heart that melts
Like snow upon the ground
With a voice that always lilts
A bubbling, joyous sound
Summer with a dazzling smile
Always laughing, always merry
Inviting you to stay a while
Even if you must not tarry
Autumn with warnings to be heeded
With an ever gentle hand
Always there if she is needed
She sings goodbye to the land
That leaves our last season
Winter, the misunderstood
She herself cannot listen to reason
Even if she should
She brings misfortune through the years
She longs to bring good, but will always fail
In her chilled realm she sheds frozen tears
So she hides behind her icy veil
Well, my little poem that used personification took up plenty of space! I'll have a long journal entry for the first time in months...
Anywho, last night I went to this Act dance where there was this American Idol contest thing, so I like entered and I sang "Graduation" which likes make me feel like uber sad but I didn't cry so I was all like yay and I made it to the second round but I have no idea what I'm gonna sing and this is like the longest run-on sentence I've ever written and maybe in the world are you bored of reading this cuz I'm running out of things to type but I guess I can keep going and did you know that I have had
