Thinking a lot.
Flowing thoughts.
Creative blocks - lack of privacy in my life. My family does not respect closed doors, or even barricaded doors - they just push and shove until they can get in to ask whatever it is they would like.
Only door that I can lock in the house is the bathroom - and they stand at the door and yell at me through it to ask questions or try to carry on a conversation. [And yes, I have stated incredibly clearly to them that I do not appreciate it and would prefer if they did not, but they do it anyway].
My room is not big enough to be able to have a bed, desk AND be able to create in. Not having a private space that I can close off, to be able to feel safe to create within, is really draining me.
I kind of can block off a corner of the unfinished part of the basement - but it is very chilly, and I end up falling asleep sweatdrop
Why is it so much to ask of my parents, to just let me go stay in a cabin somewhere for a week, by myself? They are not hurting for cash -- they're away on a cruise this week. My brother is home, and the house is hard to relax in, due to having a ton of stuff I need to organize, sort, catalog, clutter everywhere. I really need to work on my art though, find myself and some calm.
