Today after school, I had a party for Book Cub. We just finished reading a book called Stormbreaker, so we watched the movie and had a pizza party. It was a really kewl mive. It was about a kid who finds out the his uncle was a spy, and he has to become one to stop a guy from putting a virus throughout the entire world through computers. He wins, of coarse.
So, anyway, when the party was over, it was time to go. We went outside to wait for the buses to take us home. I was with my friend Jerod! It was really cold, so we decided to go back in and wait in the security entrance. Excpet, once we walked in, we didn't see our bus arrive. And once we walked out a minute later, the bus left right in front of us.
And I knew that I had to be home for my uncle to pick me up. SO, we missed the bus and my friend Jerod was having trouble finding a ride for us. He finally found a ride. He got his Aunt to com get us, except it took her a while to get to the shool, so I ended up being an hour and a half late for my uncle.
So, when I got home, my mom told me that my uncle already came and picked up my brother. So, now I have to wait for my dad to pick me up at ten and wait an hour in the car with him until my sister gets out of work. And it may sound fine sitting in a car, but you don't know my dad. He has gas problems. And I was really looking forward to seeing my Uncle...
