So....I'm back from the blustery and snowy city of Columbus Ohio very happy to have enjoyed the wonderful 70 degree weather yesterday.
I learned a few things from the tournament:
1) Debate guys think that "dumb blondes" are adorable.
2) Debate guys get upset when the "dumb blonde" beats them.
3) Especially when it's the "dumb blonde" first time doing said event.
4) White girls (namely me) can't rap.
5) I do a Southern accept pretty well....seeing as how I'm from the South.
6) Always have hope and be confident because guess what?
I'm going to Nationals!!!
I is so happy!!! I can have cheeseburger right? mrgreen

Isn't it strange how what we couldn't achieve in 3 years of high school speech and debate, you managed to do in less than a year of college? Speaks highly for our education system, really.
Anyway, I'm very proud of you. Show the world that dumb blondes are more than just "dumb blondes". heart
...Where is nationals this year, by the way?
