Today my nana and I made carrot cake. It was interesting as we had no a) working food processor b) blender, or c) pre-shreded carrots; thus, our only solution: shred three cups of carrots by hand. It took a verbose 40 minutes, but that's okay, it was fun to do...and tiresome.
