So you don't see what's inside
Countless years of misery
How I wish the torture would subside
I don't want you to see what's behind them
I don't want you to see into my soul
Future growing dim
An ever growing internal hole
That's why I hide my eyes
The world wouldn't understand
Memories evoking all these sighs
Not able to take anyone's hand
No one to guide me through these times of trouble
No one to help me live through the pain
My fear no longer subtle
My heart forever stained
