At around the end of the school year, my friend and I said that we wanted to take a martial art. I want to take tae kwon do. But she wants to take kendo. I hope we'll be able figure something out for a compromise.
We figured that over the summer, we could build up our endurance, and in the fall, when school started again, we'd start taking martial arts.
So, today, I began working out so I can build up my endurence for martial arts!
I wasn't doing anything too serious, just running on our treadmill in the basement. I figured I would walk for five minutes, then jog for five minutes, walk for five minutes, then jog for five minutes, and so on.
Walking, I was fine, but when it came to running-Man, I was tired after the first 5 minutes! gonk But I kept going of course! I shall not give up!
But good thing I'm starting to work on it, cause my endurance sucks. sweatdrop
