So, Friday I got this thing in the mail- an envelope. I open it and start to read through it. My art teacher nominated me for something called CYLC. I don't remember what the first C means, but it's a something Young Leader Conference in Washington D.C. Bascially, I pay around $2000 for tuition plus money for lunch, airfare, incidentals, and I have to come up with some suits to wear. We stay at a hotel for 10 days, and it's mostly formal wear (except for some things). I really do want to go, but I won't know anyone, I have to go to an airport by myself, and again, I won't know anyone....
