yawnsville! I'm sleepy, but its only 9:45...so I'm gonna stay up for a while longer...but well, I'm bored so I decided to write in my journal again...not really sure what to type about right now...I don't wanna write about my day or about the music I'm listening to...I kinda feel like writing something like a story, so I'm thinking if there's any part in the book I'm writing (woot I'm onto the 13th chapter) that I might wanna type up and see if I can get any opinions...so now I think...give me a moment...ok ok ok...I've decided, I'm gonna type up the battle with Shola, ok, so well some background info, Selene is the main character, shes an important person and well I'm not very good at describing, but well she got caught and was locked up, and then she met Hinoiri, hes new gaurd, but he doesn't like the organizaiton thingy hes with, mostly cause he was forced into in and whatnot, and so he decides to help Selene break out of the castle thingy, Soyko is sorta like Selene's alter ego, she exisists inside of Selene, helping her out and giving advice, but shes blood thirsty and a a crazy good fighter, so basically imagine Selene as an angel and Soyko as a devil, in the same body...and its hard to explain, but yeah you get the picture, I hope...then Shola is the gaurd hey're fighting right now as they are trying to get free...ok so here it goes...oh right, and the story is written in first person from Selene's point of view...
Our new oponent stood before us, she was clearly Shola, I could tell from her petite, girly features. Soyko insisted that I fight this battle on my own, claiming that I needed more expeirence in battle. She even told Hinoiri not to fight unless absolutely unavoidable. So I was a bit shakey, scared that I might fail, but even more scared I might lose control like before and kill this small child that stood merely 10 feet away. Shola had bright red hair, almost so bright it hurt my eyes. It didn't look like natural hair color, but in this new world I had entered has tons of unexpected surprises, so I think it was safe to assume that was indeed her real hair color. Other than her hair, she had a tail that resembled a scorpian's. Its shiney red surface looked very strong. That was really her only unhuman feature though. Other than that and her hair, she looked like a small girl maybe 9 or 1o years of age. Definantly not very intimidating, but then again, I'm sure I wasn't very intimidating either. We were both, after all, young girls with delicate features. I recalled what Hinoiri had told me about her. Similar to Amy, she could summon those monsters; those demons. That meant she probably wasn't a very strong fighter, but she was protected by whatever monster she could summon. If I defeated the monster, I could easily win this battle...I hoped. A sharp sound brought me back to reality, Shola hadn't wasted anytime, her hand was raised, and millions of blue glowing light orbs formed into a something huge. The sight was spectacular, as it always was, like fireworks going off right in front of you, so close you could reach up and touch the light. The light soon started to diminish though and form together into a a giant purple scaled snake. It's head at least two sizes bigger than me. I was dazzled by the creature, I mean who wouldn't be? It had purple scales! But my fascination was again distrupted. The snake thrust it's head down at me. Intent on crushing me with its nose. I quickly jumped out of the way, just in time. If I had reacted any later, I would be a big red splatter on the crushed floor. The snake removed its head from the hole in the ground it had impacted. It attempted the same attack again, it charged at me with its big ol' head. I was, however, still recovering from the last attempt it had made at my life, thus making me lose my balance. I fell backwards, and would you believe it, me falling backwards saved me from getting crushed. Its head was inches, no cetimeters from my legs. I took this time to act. I jumped onto its head, having abit of dificulty staying up, but I managed. The snake was lossening out of the new hole it made, shaking it's head violently. I searched for a place to me to grip onto, but I was too late. It freed it's head and lifted its nose up, skyward. I slid down its sleek back to the tail, where it tossed me up in the air. I felt a rush of adrenilane, I wasn't very good with hights, and I was pretty high up, soaring through the air with amazing speed.
...ok this is getting kinda really long, so I'm gonna start a new entry...and continue with this...
