Yuki moaned and turned on his side, his back hurt from all the weight he we carrying and laying on his side didn't seem to be helping much either. He took a few deep breaths and pushed his hair from his eyes and layed on his back again. A frustrated sigh came from his lips and he proped himself up on his elbows.
"Hey Brat bring me some pillows would ya." He said.
Shuichi was cleaning downstairs and got some pillows from the closet and brought them up to his lover. As usual his dear Yuki slept without his clothes,well shirt wise, it was to hot to anyway in his opinion. Placing the pillows behind his lovers head and back he sat down on the bed and placed his ear on his lover's belly and listened to the baby moving. He looked up when he noticed Yuki worrried at how he was breathing.
"Yuki?" Shuichi asked.
Yuki made a gesture with his hand saying it was alright and took a few more deep breaths. "Shuichi go call the doctor and ask him if he can make a house call i'm to tired to get up." He said and shifted around a bit and moaned.
Fifteen minutes later the doctor arrived at their apartment and checked Yuki over. After doing a few routine things and checking on the baby he wrote a few things down and helped Yuki sit up.
"Is the baby alright?" Shuichi asked sitting by his lover and cuddling him.
"Stop that." Yuki replied not wanting to be cuddled on at the moment.
"The baby looks fine Do the pillows help?" The doctor asked.
"Yeah." Yuki layed back down and sighed and rubbed his belly.
After a few last words were exchanged the doctor left and drove back to the hospital. Shuchi went back up to Yuki and smiled when he saw the novelist had fallen asleep. Walking in and kising his lover, he smiled and left Yuki a note saying he was going to the studio to record another song with the band. He packed a few things and left for the studio and ran all the way down the N-G studios. Going up to where they normally practiced Shuichi sighed seeing everyone just getting ready.
Badluck stayed at the recording station for about a good five maybe six hours, by the time they got out it was night time and they decided to walk home together. The guys saw a car pull up and Tatshua rolled down the window. Shuichi blinked some wondering what Yuki's brother was doing out this late at night.
"There you are do you know worried Yuki is about you?" tatshua said.
Shuichi blinked some. "I left him a note, did he see it?" Shuichi asked.
"He saw it alright but gunshots rang out around the neighborhood and a few of the gunshots hit the apartment, Yuki's scared to death, get in." tatshua said unlocking the passenger side. Shuichi got in along with hiro.
"Hey why you coming Hiro?" Shuichi asked.
"Incase you guys need a doctor or somehing." He said as Tatshua drove off.
They arrived at the apartment in a record five minutes curtosy of Tatshua and got out the car and went inside the apartment. Shuichi went into the kitchen figuring that was where he was and saw his lover and went over to him.
"Yuki...." he said softly leaning downnext to him, he touched Yuki's belly.
Yuki looked up at him and wiped his eyes. "Where were you?" He asked looking at his pink haired lover.
"At the studio I left you a note you ok?" He asked worriedly looking at his lover and touching Yuki's cheek only to have him pull away.
"Besides being worried about our baby and your dumb a** i'm fine." He said and winced and pressed his hand against his belly, he moaned and whispered a few words to the baby to calm it down.
"Yuki.." Tatshua said going over to Yuki.
"I'm fine..." He said walking past his lover. Going into the living room he sat down on the couch and lay on his side.
"Yuki." Shuichi whined sitting down in front of Yuki.
Yuki ignored him and looked at his brother as he knealed down next to him. "Get me a few more pillows would you." He said pushing his hair from his eyes.
Tatshua nodded and went up to Yuki's and Shuichi's bedroom.
Shuichi hmphed and looked at his lover. "Yuki what's wrong tell me..." He said giving his lover his puppy dog eye look. He scooted back some when Yuki glared at him.
"Where the hell were you I could have died today." He nearly shouted.
"I was the studio recording some new songs." He said moving closer.
"Hmph you seem to car more about your damn band than me and the baby." Yuki said and sat up and layed back down.
"Now you know thats not true, I love you and the baby more than anything." He said and kissed Yuki's tummy.
Yuki hmphed and pushed him away and brought his hands to his belly. "Then why the hell weren't you here when the shooting happened!?!" he winced feeling another kick from the child.
Tatshua rubbed his brother's stomach. "Calm down Yuki your just putting even more stress on you and the baby. Take a few deep breaths." He said trying to calm his brother down.
Yuki rolled onto his back and sighed, placing an arm on his forehead, as he looked at Shuichi. The brat had been awfully quiet since he had asked his question.
"I...I didn't know the shooting was going on Yuki...I'm sorry." He said and started crying.
Yuki sighed and muttered something and looked at his lover and gestured for him to come over. "come here." He said and held an arm out and stroked Shuichi's hair. "Kid's been kicking me since the shooting started." He said.
"I'm sorry Yuki...I'm so sorry." Shuichi said nuzzling his lover's belly.
"Its alright moron." He said and smiled a bit.
