Why haven't I thought of that before? It all came to me in a dream...
So, what's passed in the long time that I haven't posted a journal? A whole lot, in fact. Most of it was bad.
Let's skip to the point... Two days into the second semester I got sick... and didn't go back for a couple weeks. Enough was enough. I was still behind on the previous semester and now I was sick again and building up MORE behind-ness.
Crap.
Those were my thoughts.
Crap, crap, crap!
So, I was suggested to an alternative school. I went to an interview and found them all to be like... nuts. I felt so out of place.
Anyways, I HAD to go to school so I pushed with my fiercest optimism and cheesiest smile, and somehow I charmed the counselor into letting me admitt, not late Februrary like the rest of the applicants, but NOW! I was to start Moday the next week. Oh boy! Another whole week of vacation! Oh yes, I was livin' it up! Watching movies in the night and reading all day and sleeping in. Livin' the good life!
Monday rolled around, this Monday and I went. OHhhhhhhhhhh boy. I could write up a storm about it... however, in fear of actually making new friends soon and offending them if they get to my gaia journal, I'm going to hold off a bit more on anything rude... which is pretty much all of it because I'm just that way. GAh. So, I went Monday to my four-hour day... [including lunch] and the next day I was pooperdooper. I was sick. Couldn't get up. Fever. I didn't go to school and today I didn't either. It was a huge snafu, terrible. Um, I don't want to go into details. It ended up with another appointment to the good ol' councelor and assistant principal, with whom I was getting very accustomed to by now, as you might imagine.
So, that was today. A lot of bad things happen, but when I took a nap I had this great feeling of pure optomism. 'To grow a tree you must first plant a seed'
