So I missed a day of school on friday because my jazzband had to go to a jazzfest. We played pretty well....the clinicians said (as usual) that we don't sound like a middle school band. I'm just learning how to comp rhythms and whatnot...it's actually kind of fun. The bus was interesting...our drummer started putting signs on the bathroom door, a trumpet player stole all the WetNaps, and a bass player puked twice on the way there. After our preformance we listened to a jazz tenor sax player who also played jazz bass clarinet.
