Well I have the idea that Richard(my character) could do that, but instead of missiles, he could just put spears or ballista bolts into it. Even miniture ougmund(something from my rp) cannon balls if someone takes the blueprints from richard for he isn't that bloody smart - or is educated on how our cannons work.
Either way - cannons or ballista fire - it can be shot out by black powder - or richard can create a device and make it rather just one line of o's - where very taunted rope and something aching to pull forward in a sudden rapid movement can fire it, but not as far I believe.
