Look into my pupil-less eyes
And tell me what you see

For I can tell you the tale
Of what had become of me

Economics far across the sea
Were more important than Lady Earths well being

SUVs
Ruled the streets

And none seemed to care
About the global heat

And oil took over the world
To add to Madam Earths stress

And then people started to complain
About global warming
And how
There wasn’t enough oil to spare

And about how people were getting poorer
While others could drive up the street
In big limousines
And bigger SUVs

When walking could suffice

Well then came along
Mr. Big smart scientist
Who devised a spore

That consumed oil as if it we food
But well, there was a bit more

The spore was very touchy
For if you interrupted his meal
He would spontaneously combust
And spread his friends around

And they would party and cause havoc

And well his friends liked oil too
And they were touchy as well
So now spores are eating the oil
Or blowing up what they can’t eat

And well, no one wanted to leave their SUVs
And so they tried to drive away
(Wasn’t very smart you see cause cars run
On what spores eat)
And so the flames took hold of them
And human kind was almost no more

For only a few people survived
Those who could actually walk

And well now man kind
Is doomed to go threw
Something of the same
again

Don’t believe me, you say?
Don’t believe this pile of bones?
Well it was the passed
It is you’re future
And
It will soon be you’re now
