Ok, I walk into bio today and I had to hand in this report for extra credit... so, I go up to give it to my thirty-something-year-old teacher, and this is how the conversation goes:
Me: "Here's the paper,"
Teacher: "Paper?"
Me: "Yeah, the one on Lord Nelson?"
Teacher: "Oh, yeah. I'll take it,"
Me: *hands him the paper*
Teacher: "Thanks, Love."
PAUSE.
"Love"???
WTF?
Ok, continue:
Me: *walks away feeling a bit uncomfortable*
On the way back to my seat I'm thinking, Did he just say that? O.o
Now I'm watching my back every time I walk into his classroom. Ugh...
