Hello my peeps and peepettes I have returned from my trip to see my father. He lives in Birmingham Alabama and its really beautiful with all the monuments and parks and trolleys with tires. And the theatres and the schools(University kinda schools) and all the different religous churches. It was fabulous! The only thing that kinda bummed me was the fact that there weren't very many lakes or ponds. Or swimming pools for that matter. At least I didn't see any.
I will say that there are a lot of bad drivers down there. They like to drive fast and tailgate really bad. The police are awesome down there too! What I mean is that they do their jobs right and are on the ball so to speak. Its not all about the money rolleyes Well they do a good job of covering it up.
Moving on I went to a bachelorette party and got drunk off my a**. puked and saw two strippers. They were hott! I would go into details about some of the stuff they did, but lets not. mrgreen
I met someone down there who I had a lot in common with. His name is Robert and his father is from Nigeria. I can't even spell his last name, but he's awesome. We spent a lot of time together talking about Samurai Champloo and Halo and stuff. I went to a wedding and ended up catching the boquet. Robert caught the garter. It was hilarius. Afterward we went to a club like place for the second reception. ((The bride had 2 receptions. They called them the christian one and the one for the sinners)) It had a bar and security guards and of course a dance floor. Not to mention video cameras showing all the action. I drank a little this time as well but I didn't get plastered because I wanted to enjoy myself. I danced with some people and generally just had a great time.
My father got on my nerves most of the trip because he kept trying to keep me from going out and having fun. And everything had to go his way or he wasn't happy. He kept asking me personakl questions too. And if I was in my own world being a quiet and well me He'd do something to aggravate me. I wanted to scream because he reminded me so much of my freakin little brother. But I know better than to punch him in the face sweatdrop
Robert is really sweet and I like him. I even stole a few kisses ninja Nothing serious though. You know peck kisses. Its the thought that counts. And he was such a gentleman. HA! Eat that you doubters! Chivalry is not dead! Any ways when I had to go he hugged me tightly and said he'd miss me. Then Gave me his number and told me to promise to come back and keep in touch. I would like to, but not anytime soon or at least until I pay my car off.
I just hope they don't get wiped off the map by hurricane dennis. It's supposed to be pretty bad. Who knows? mrgreen
