I think my Marine biology teacher secretly hates lab days... and halloween. and tries purposely to make feild trips as little fun as possible.


Yesterday "Club Crypt" (free food, freinds and good music) only lasted about an hour and a half for me because I had a test in Marine biology. the laste test i had in that class also fell on club day. And they also both fell on feild trip days.

This feild trip was to Elkhorn Slough, and therefor I had to remove my costume and be ... "normal". It was also just bird watching and digging in mud so we had plenty of time to worry and be preoccupied with how poorly we did on our exams.

f**k the plus side. even gaias stupid events don't motivate me enough not to be pissed off right now.

Do you know anyone who is always late? I do, two of them actually. but thats mainly because they drive with each other. Which is usually the main cause for lateness, on or the other has problems they need to deal with. Valid reasons, which I accept and try not to use against them, except in jest or validating my reasons for not wanting them to be club president.

then there are things like driving 2 hours away to get anime.. which is fine had it been for club, or had they planned better and left giving them enough time to get back and beat traffic. but whatever, if I had been able to go, I would have come to club late myself.

This is what I don't like, "If I'm late you'll just have to deal with it". full context as I recognize it (not direct qoutes):

She logged on and said "who thinks I should go back to sleep?"
I say "dont, make use of your time and get to club on time."
I said this because we are having a raffle today which we are not allowed to start until she shows up. (Which I understand but only sort of agree with).

However if you are in a position of power, or telling someone they HAVE to wait for you, you should at least try to get there on time. Saying "If I'm late you'll just have to deal with it" is not acceptable in my book.

Also, bringing up how no one helped clean up after club day is not cool.
there were a lot of people cleaning up, there were also people watching the sword tournament. I was watching the tournament because I had been having a bad day, which proved to get worse, and wanted to have fun at club day. (I didn't get myself elected as anything, I don't see how I am being held responsible for anything.)

writing this out has been helpful, And since i typed it I 'll leave it, you should know that it annoyed me. Getting angry won't make me less annoyed with you. Don't get pissed, I'll get over it, so should you.


For the record I was annoyed by all of this anyway, but wasn't going to say anything. "You'll just have to deal with it" made me want to express my annoyances.
