My job is wayy fun. I love it! But it's so tiring. T__T
Okay, so we won the b-ball game 34-13 or something close to that. stare
At half-time we all left the court to talk and somehow it was brought up that we should go easy on the other team because we didn't want to beat them too badly. I said that I didn't think that we should go easy because if I was in their position, I wouldn't want the other team to not play their best. And Emily took me aside and tried to make me see her point but I didn't so I just didn't say anything. It was so infuriating.
Then we went back into the game and I just stood there like a friekin' idiot because I knew that if I tried to block anyone or actually PLAY that I would get yelled at and criticized from the sidelines. I mean, I HATE going easy on other teams, I feel like it's not fair and that they won't learn anything. I HATED HATED HATED doing that and I felt like I should have just left.
After I came in from the 4th quarter I just HAD to get away from everyone. But then, OF COURSE, Emily wouldn't friekin' leave me alone. She's like, "Ohh, Sarah, what's wrong...blah blah blah... I just wanted to let you know that you fouled 3 times..." I didn't need to hear that right then. After a bit she left and I heard the game end and I went back in and said good job to the other team. Then I got my family and I Almost made it to the car before I started to cry.
If we do this again, I'm just going to sit out because I CAN'T do that. I just Can't.
I hated this frikin' game. I feel like we haven't won anything.
