Journal Entry Introduction.
Randi's Ramblings

Hi there y'all, my name is Randi, as you might of guessed from the name of this journal, or are familliar with moi, personally.

I'm sixteen currently -Born March the eleventh, nineteen ninty one, some time in the nine a m area-

I have strawberry blonde hair -But it's oh so much more complicated than that simple description...- and hazel -Brown/Green, but mostly a mossy brown- eyes.

I also have an odd personality, I cannot keep my room clean for more then a few days, yet, my computer is so clean and well kept, you might think me an OCD -Obsessive Compulsive Disorder- victim, and if you heard me while reading something that has any major spelling mistakes, you might just back away slowly, muttering about obsessive people like me. *Grins*

Also, as much of an oxymoron as it is, I am a very shy person, and yet...Probably one of the most out-going people of my grade in my school.

I am quiet, respectable, and quite innocent by nature, but years of bullying for no apparent reason made me strive to be one of the "Cool kids" this turned me to be rude and brutally over honest, bending truths to make me look good, or my enemy bad.

I came to my senses in grade eight, when I met my current best friends Kyrie, and Amanda, both are as odd as I, but are only so, because I worked hard to stress the fact that, although I may argue my point on one of your beliefs, as I am want to do, they are still your beliefs.

I have pets, two cats and a dog, a hamster, and a fish.

The first cat the we got, -that we still have mind you- is Bit, my lazy, bitchy, fat, territorial, bi-polarish tabby cat, and let me inform you that all of my animals represent one of my traits, I saved Bit from her original owners when she was a kitten, she had been promised to me as a "replacement" when my sister left for my dads permanently, her owners enjoyed watching her squirm in fear, as the held a blow dry-er or vacuum near her. The youngest enjoys -Maybe not any more...- tortuing animals, she constantly choked each of the cats, would in fact pick them up like that. From this day, I am the only one who can constantly touch her throat.

My next cat is named Neko, but really she's Bit's cat, as we bought her as to keep Bit from being lonely. Neko -Nee Koe- means cat in Japanese, original no? She is black, with brown and blue -Only to be seen in the sun- patches, and two spots of white, a smudge on her chest, and one on her lower abdomen. She is very shy and skitish. She is almost imposible to catch her, and when you do, you don't have her for long. Neko is a bit undescided whether not she likes to be pet or not, but we're working on that, she's only two after all.

My dog is Rory, a half shiat-zuu -Uh, I think that's how you spell it...- and half chinese crested powder puff. She has black and white hair -Not fur, mind you, bloody pain in the arse if you ask me.- Her bottom jaw sticks out only a tad, and if not for the fact that she has two teeth where only one should reside is the only thing that makes it noticable. She is highly hyper, fearfully loyal -She hates water, doesn't mind rain, but even drenched, she walks around the puddles, and the other day she though Kyrie was attacking me, and hopped right in! Suffice to say we found that she could "Doggy Paddle" quite well, as she did, straight for the exit of the pool!- and at times, very...Dog-like...

My hamsters name is; The-Hamster-Formally-Known-As-Chikita-Monita-Bonita-Dude,-But-Is-Now-Known-As-Harry-Potter. She's not very trustful, but...You would be two if you had two fend for your self for three months or more, without food or water, as I had put her in my closet, and conveniently forgotten about her. Don't worry, I feed her almost regullarly and she lets me know when she's out of water.

My mum's fish is name Happynis, but I named him, so she doesn't call him that. He is a male beta -Siamese fighting fish- and quite an odd, one, as we had trained the last few two come up for food when we tapped on the glass. This one hardly does anything, Which annoys the hell out of Neko.

My mum's name is Leslie -Lesslee, not lezlee- and she is the most wonderful person I know, she is my hero, my idol, the one who always believed in me.

My sisters name is Alex, and her girlfriends name is Jessica, both live away from me regretfully, so I cannot talk to them as much as I wish, as my distaste for the phone shows through after five minutes of akward chatting.

My oldest sister is Robin, and she and her husband live in the States, so I cannot hardly talk to her either.

Both of my sisters are half sisters, Alex on my mums side, and Robin on my dads, but I consider both the same as full sisters and the way I look at them depends on they themselves. They are the best family a girl could have.

My friend Kyrie is quite a bit like me, but, she is quite immature at times, throwing tantrums and trowing things when she doens't get her way, she also hates to be corrected, which gets us in quite a few fights as she is stll recovering from the "Chatspeakitus" and cannot spell very well unless she really tries, and she doesn't really try at anything, which also get us in fights. I try my best at everything I do except math, and feel personally offended when someone takes life for granted.

Amanda is kind of the slow one of the group, but she is still funny and quite like me in many ways, as one of my EA's said, "She's the perfect person to tell a joke to; she laughs once when you tell it, once when you explain it, and a final time when she gets it" Which is true in so many ways.

Anyways, I started this journal thing based on something from the book "Hurricane" By Karen Harper.

It has a girl named Randi in it, and she had a journal of sorts on a website, and the poem that they tell you about goes as follows

"I've been left before, been ignored. By the first man I ever loved, even if it was my dad. Sad if broken memories are the best of him I had. Now, looking for a differant man, one who listens, includes me in his plans, asks me about my dreams, about my day, and one who just plain stays."

This poem that she wrote describes me entirely, and reminds me of my personal theme song, Perfect, by Simple Plan. I enjoy reading; Harry Potter fanfictions, select few Inuyasha fics, and most romance novels.

I also enjoy drawing, you'd be shoked to see samples of my work from grade eight to ten, suffice to say it went from horrible almost boxed faced triangular faces of Inuyasha, to pictures that the technique is fashioned from a mix of Pairo, Youkai Yume, and many others. I have a fair hand at writing fanfictions, but I seriously need an editor if I want to actually post anything, though I can edit any work easily and in a snap of the fingers, crazy eh?

Thats all about me, I'll try to put an entry in every day, but sometimes I'll forget, and sometimes I'll just put the lyrics of a song that I feel describes me that day.
Randi
