Abilities and Attributes
Abilities and certain attributes are common among angels as they are among us. Most of them were granted, but some seem--admittedly, it seems that... Okay, all right. It seems to me that every friggin' mothers son of em were made by or because of the Powers and heaven's army! Because of a WAR!
And you wonder why we're so violent. Look at who we're modeled after! Fine, rant over, I'll get on with it.
Most of these are eitehr used by Archies, Powers, Nephilim, or some combo thereof. Some are used by humans.
Healing
Healing is often attributed to Rapha. A few humans practice this Healing--aka Reiki--with the angels. It is usually transfered from the Healer to the...patient through the hands, although it can be sent through any touch, like a kiss, or in waves which are felt as a warmth in the area of ailment by the resipient.
Flame and the Flame Sword
Most of you are, I'm sure, familiar with this most badass of badass celestial pwnage-tools. I mean, video games and movies and all. But, if not, again, I pose the question...

Anywho...rant over. On to Flame.
Flame. It has many aliases. Holy fire. Balsam flame. Oh, God, oh, God, it burns. Just to name a few. It is a weapon in itself, but its color signifies its use. Ther eare four types of flame.
1. Red-used in weaponry. The most common flame.
2. Green-used for healing.
3. Blue-used to purity souls.
4. Black-aka hellfire.
Red flame is used in swordcraft and among mortals. It is also thrown from the hand at the enemy effectively causing him to blow up. Yay!
Next is the sword itself. It has three basic forms: the katana, the claymore-aka buster sword, and the longsword.
Through the sword form and weapon are subject to preference. The flame usually accompanies or takes the place of the blade. The weapons are most commonly held by Archies, Powers, GAs, and Nephilim.
Elements
Power over the five elements were destributed to the Archangels and Seraphim. Fire to Michael, Earth for Uriel, Gabriel with Water, and Raphael with Air. All the Seraphim had power over Time.
All this power is checked and destributed to the other ranks and balanced thus:
Mike-->Uri, Mike-->Gabe, Mike-->Rapha
Gabe-->Uri, Gabe-->Mike, Gabe-->Rapha
Rapha-->Mike, Rapha-->Gabe, Rapha-->Uri
Uri-->Mike, Uri-->Gabe, Uri-->Rapha
Yes, lots of arrows. The rest of nature is the seasons to the Virtues, storms to the Powers, etc.
Death
Death is primarily a Nephilic trait similar to playing possum. When a Nephil doesn't receive a full death--near death and revived--it is counted. When it is counted, a feather falls from their wings. They can escape a full death as many times as they have feathers to lose, and since the feathers are regrown and added to as they mature, they are insured, in a way, against death, although a nephil is still mortal and can still die of mortal means (i.e. old age).
hahahah. Still a few more sections left. I love pissing you guys off. Hey, any of you w/ GAs, tell me so I can put you on the list.
