We arrived at Araneta. Groups of people went to their respective seats. The lights dimmed, indicating that the show is starting. The crowd went wild. All the schools for high school and college division were called on, one by one and their respective schools cheered for them. 3 VJ's went up onstage and Skechers started.
The High school division went first. After all of them had performed, the 2006 world winner, the All Stars, went on-stage and did a performance. Then the college division started. Extreme stunts were performed as college students danced to the max.
Before announcing the winners, there was a face-off of the schools for freestyle dancing. And the schools that I remember were Miriam verses Poveda, Ateneo vs Claret vs Xavier, St Paul vs SHS, my school . And in college the face-offs were the very popular rivalry of Ateneo blue eagles vs La Salle green archers, Mapua, the 2nd runner up, vs the all time winner, UP Diliman, Letran vs PMI, Miriam vs Poveda and UA&P verses San Veda.
The representatives that won were from Xavier and from UP Diliman.

2nd runner-up: SHS (go holy!!!)
1st runner-up: Ateneo de Manila University High school
Winner: St Marks
