As i sat at my sisters baseball game in my lawn chair i listened to Elton John, my favorite male artist, today. It was his greatest hits CD (1976-1986? i think?) i was listening to. Then it came to track 5- "Blue Eyes". I love this song-its so beautiful, sentimental, soft and relaxing..then it hit me, as i stared into the sun set (baseball game around 8pm) this song is almost exactly what i'm going through for the past few months. So, i decided to put in my journal for this reason; even though its sung from the male perspective:
