i wrote a poem... i dont usually... its pretty rare. i just took these questions out of my head one night.... and i think they kinda fit together.

Does my steady heartbeat
Quicken at your touch
Because I love you?
Does my mind think of you constantly
because my heart can't slow down?
Why do I feel as though
I must be near you?
Why can I not get you out
of my mind?
How am I suspended
in time and space,
not falling or floating,
not breathing or thinking?
How does your smile
and your voice
bring me out of my trance?
Why does my heart skip a beat when
I hear you call?
Is it because I am truely in love?
Am I really in love?
Why do I ache to see you,
to hold you,
to be held?
Why can I not sleep at night
if your not by my side?
Am I in love?
With you?
