Take 3 deep breaths. When u release the first, imagine it being black. the second grey. the last clear. then imagine a white glittery light around you.

Repeat this to yourself: I am a confident, smart witch. I can do this. Goddess unlock my brain and share your knowledge, for I am in dire need.

Write your wish to do better on the side of a white stick candle... When you light it, watch the flame and look for a sort of aura appearing around the candle. Focus on each letter and imagine it growing into something beautiful. -
Allow yourself to bask in the warmth of the candle and let yourself imagine doing better. Then repeat your wish quietly to yourself as you watch the candle burn. -
Keep this candle in a safe box (if you have already made a box of good thoughts, put it in there) and whenever you feel like you're doubting yourself, or before a test or something, re-light the candle and do it again.

This rite is designed specifically for cats, but may be employed with any animal you wish to make your familiar spirit. Each night during the cycle of the waxing Moon, sit closely with the animal. Arrange it so that you are both facing toward the horizon where the Moon shall rise. Stroke the creature firmly, but with love, until he or she begins to purr or to relax. Align your own breathing with the purr, or in the case of a creature other than a feline friend, align your breathing with that of the animal. Continue to do this each night at moonrise. When the Moon is at full, your will shall be as one with that of your familiar. You shall see through its eyes, and it will see through yours. Your thoughts shall be as one, and you will share a single heart.
