I have. And her name is Gladys.
I met her the other day at the nursing home on Friday. It was for a volunteer thing, that my school does to give back tot the community- "The Day of Caring". I choose to go and spend my few hours with someone at the nursing home, along with about 15 other students my age. We each got our own person to visit. Well, I got Gladys Smart. She is just the sweetest woman ever. At age 92, she had 19 great-grandchildren, who she mentioned many times. She kept smiling and laughing the whole time that we had spent with her. When it was time to go, she hugged me with a tear in her eye and told me that she had a terrific time... She told me that that day was the most fun she had in some time, and would like to see me again.
I'm going back soon. heart
